AI Share of Voice

Which outlets do AI assistants cite on the day's top stories — and do they link?

linked cited, not linked Demo dataset · synthetic series
What you're looking at. This deployment mixes a small amount of real probe data (one real night, MiniMax only) with a larger generated demo series — 30 days, three placeholder assistants, deterministic and clearly labeled — so the instrument has enough history to show what it measures. Toggle real runs only in the toolbar to see just the real rows. Story headlines in the demo series are generic placeholders, never real reported events.

About this tool

AI Share of Voice runs a nightly probe against one or more AI assistants, asking a plain consumer question about each of the day's top stories: “What happened with <story> today? Cite your sources.” It extracts which outlets each answer cites — and whether it links to them or just names them — and tracks that over time.

How it works

What this demo is

One real probe night (MiniMax, no web access) plus a deterministic 30-day generated series across three placeholder assistants, so the dashboard has enough history to show the views a production deployment would use daily. The generated rows are labeled and filterable — see the “Demo dataset” pill.
